Elevating aerospace innovation
Utah’s aerospace industry had a standout presence at the 2025 Paris Air Show — the world’s largest international aerospace trade show.
Representing the state under a dedicated Utah pavilion, the delegation was one of just 17 U.S. state groups to exhibit, drawing attention from global aerospace leaders, investors, and decision-makers. From showcasing advanced technologies to building new international partnerships, Utah companies used the platform to advance their global ambitions.
Shoutout to CleanJoule and CEO Mukund Karanjikar, who returned to Paris with a booth — and made the most of it. In addition to showcasing their sustainable aviation fuel tech, Mukund stepped onto the stage for a panel discussion and behind the mic for a podcast feature with SAF Investor, demonstrating how Utah companies can lead and engage on the global stage.
The delegation also connected with business leaders from Région Sud and met with Véronique Borré, vice president of Security, Defence, Support for Law Enforcement and Innovation for a Peaceful Region. The visit built on relationships initiated during the Utah delegation’s 2023 visit to the region following the last Paris Air Show — further strengthened by Région Sud President Renaud Muselier’s visit to Utah — laying the groundwork for expanded industry ties in southern France.
On our flight manifest: 47G, CleanJoule, GMRE, HyPerComp Engineering, i5 Services (Connex), Kihomac, Rapid Imaging Solutions, Silvester & Company, Spectrum Recruiting Solutions, Thermal Radar, VPI Technology, and White Label Advisors.
The delegation reinforced Utah’s status as an aerospace force to watch.
