Women’s leadership breakfast Oksana Markarova, Ambassador of Ukraine to the United States

For decades, women have been leading the way for change in Ukraine. Case in point: In the most recent parliamentary election, a record 87 women were elected to the Ukrainian parliament. Current Ukraine ambassador to the United States, Oksana Markarova is further proof of the women who are making a global impact on behalf of their country.
