Utah has laid claim to being the home of the “greatest snow on earth”, and that goes hand in hand with having the greatest sports and outdoor recreation brands. 

We are excited to announce Utah’s return to ISPO Munich in 2024, where companies throughout the state will take their products to Germany to connect with the industry on a global level.  

The Utah booth is sponsored by World Trade Center Utah in partnership with the Governor’s Office of Economic Opportunity (GOEO).

ISPO Munich is one of the largest trade fairs in the world dedicated to the outdoor products and sporting goods industry, such as snowsports, camping, hiking, fitness, and water sports equipment. ISPO Munich shapes the future of these industries as many companies use this event to showcase new products, innovations, and trends.

4. Go global without disrupting your annual budget: Through the SBA STEP Grant, which WTC Utah administers on behalf of the state of Utah, approved, eligible companies can minimize the hefty out-of-pocket expenses associated with international travel. 

APPLICATION

Participating in a shared booth significantly reduces the cost of an international exhibition as the Utah booth fee is just $500. Because individual exhibition spaces are limited, potential attendees will go through a competitive application process. Those selected will be determined based on the following criteria:

  • A company must be eligible to receive the SBA STEP Grant. Small businesses can apply for the SBA STEP Grant through World Trade Center Utah. Approved companies will receive funding to offset travel and lodging costs. The grant can NOT be used to cover the WTC Utah booth fee.  All grant awards require a 25% cash match by the recipient. 

  • Companies must have an export-ready product or service and a plan to grow global revenue through show attendance.

  • Companies must meet all application deadlines. 

  • Selected registrants must attend all orientation sessions before the trade show.

Application Instructions

  1. To indicate your interest in ISPO Munich, please fill out this form by August 1, 2024.

  2. If selected to exhibit, the WTC Utah grant administrator will contact you to complete your STEP application and instruct you on how to register as a co-exhibitor.
