WTC Utah — in partnership with the Governor’s Office of Economic Opportunity, BioUtah, BioHive, and the U.S. Small Business Administration — led a delegation of 11top life sciences companies to represent Utah to over 80,000 attendees at this annual top-tier show in Düsseldorf, Germany.
MEDICA is the world’s largest international medical sector trade show. In 2021, MEDICA attracted over 3,000 exhibitors from 70 countries, with exhibitions focusing on imaging and diagnostics, IT systems, laboratory equipment, physiotherapy and orthopedic technology, and disposable and consumable supplies.
Looking across the global landscape of innovative healthcare products, Charlotte Serage, WTC Utah's manager of trade shows and trade missions, said, "It’s clear that Utah is a major player."
