Elnur Mammadov
Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Azerbaijan
Mr. Mammadov has served as the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs for Azerbaijan since 2021. In 2023, he received the award of “Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary.”
Prior to his appointment, Mr. Mammadov served as Head of the Secretariat of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Azerbaijain. He has also worked as an advisor to the Minister of Education, as Deputy Director-General of large investment enterprises in a private law firm, and as Adjunct Professor at the ADA University School of Law.
