WTC Utah partnered with the SBA and the International Foundation for Civil Society to host Dilawar Syed, deputy administrator for the U.S. Small Business Administration. During his time in Utah, Syed meet with STEP grant recipients who have claimed the results to be catalytic in scaling their businesses.
